The Gfuel unit located next to the biogas plant can be connected to all Demeca biogas plants at a later stage. The production and sale of biofuel opens up new business opportunities for farms. The gas can be further processed, e.g. by means of a gas treatment. for vehicle fuel in a separate gFuel unit based on membrane filtration method. Membrane filtration achieves a very high quality CH4, methane content.

The combustible component of the gas is methane, the concentration of which is raised to the level required for utilization by removing carbon dioxide and water from the gas. The cleaning compressor makes the cleaning pressure in the Gfuel unit, where the gas is purified. Purified gas is measured continuously by fixed gas measurement. From the Gfuel unit located next to the biogas plant, the gas is led via a natural gas pipeline to the gCompress unit located next to the filling station.
