New Solutions Added to Demeca Oy’s Product Portfolio
Demeca Oy has signed an agreement with HKP‑Koneet Oy, under which the piston pumps developed by HKP‑Koneet – including all accessories and product rights – will transfer to Demeca’s ownership and product range. Going forward, Demeca will be the manufacturer, marketer, and seller of these products.
The agreement was sealed with a handshake between the companies’ CEOs, Sakari Vinkki (Demeca Oy) and Markus Salonpää (HKP‑Koneet Oy).
