Plant Complex – Tyskagården / Andersson - Sweden
The biogas plant is implemented with a single 2,800 m³ gReactor digester and feedstock handling based on the Kiintomädätys® process. Dry feedstocks are received in a gFeed unit, where they are crushed, mixed, and homogenized before digestion, while liquid feedstocks are fed to the reactor via Wangen pumps and a closed pipeline system.
The produced biogas is upgraded in a gFuel Upgrade 100 unit and compressed in a gFuel Compress 100 unit to a pressure level of 250/300 bar. The upgraded biomethane is transferred either to a gFuel Station refuelling station or to biogas transport containers.
Electricity and heat production at the plant is based on two 100 kWe MAN CHP units equipped with an island-mode system. This enables plant operation also during grid disturbances and ensures the farm’s electrical self-sufficiency. The island-mode solution is delivered integrated into the CHP units and the control system.
The plant also includes a gas flare, automation, process instrumentation, heat exchangers, and full process control and monitoring. Feedstocks include slurry manure, solid manure, and field biomasses. The delivery includes full commissioning and operational training for the plant.
