Release 19 January 2026 – Demeca establishes a group structure to strengthen its international growth
Demeca Oy has implemented a significant change by forming a group structure. The goal is to support the company’s growth strategy, clarify its business operations, and strengthen competitiveness both domestically and internationally.
With the reform, Demeca separates its product business and project business into their own companies, enabling more efficient management, measurability, and customer‑centric operations. The change allows stronger focus on both the export of equipment and modules, as well as the growing project business in the Nordic countries.

Following management changes support the goals of the reform
• Sakari Vinkki has been appointed CEO of Demeca Oy (12 January 2026).
• Sami Vinkki has been appointed CEO of Demeca Biokaasu Oy, and he is also responsible for the operations of Demeca Biogas AB in Sweden.
• Pekka Vinkki moves from the role of CEO of Demeca Oy to become the group’s Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), responsible for international product and module sales.

The group reform provides Demeca with a clearer foundation for international growth:
• Factory production’s own sales open new markets.
• Product business competitiveness strengthens.
• Project business becomes more structured and efficient.
• Unit management and financial monitoring improve.
